Those are the 2 best IMO. Always been a PowerPro guy but tried some Suffix 832 this year and I love it. Don't think you can go wrong with either.

Power pro for me. I find powerpro much limper than suffix and it's made here in North America. Powerpro I think is also a subrand of Shinamo.

Yea I have been using power pro for a long time. And then this suffix stuff came out which is a little more money. my friend said it is lighter and smoother but i have yet to try it out :sHa_shakeshout:

Funny, that's why I tried Suffix. Was gonna buy Power Pro for the 10th time but Suffix was on sale at CT so bought some and love it but have nothing less to say about Power Pro either. Try the Suffix just for something different.

It's on the shelfs and all the rage but I don't know anyone who used it yet.

I mean yes its cool stuf by i doubt its going to be much smoother than regular power pro. When they first advertised it i thought its going to be transparent like fluorocarbon and have the same refraction index. I was pretty stocked to make some pike leaders out of it....but its white and only comes up to 12 pounds:thinking-006:
