I just bought a new belly boat for fly fishing and I plan on testing it out tomorrow morning. What would be the best technique for a belly boat, I figured trolling or casting towards likely holding places would be my best bet? :)

Thanks a lot! That certainly helps, the next time I get out on the water with my tube I'll hopefully be on fish all day! :sHa_shakeshout:

Here is another site for fly fishing techniques.

In a float tube kicking along with your fins can be highly productive. It allows the fly to rise on the kick then drop when you pause between kicks. It gives the fly a swimming action that the fish can't resist.
