A nice little walk to get to. No heavy uphill grades, not that far from parking area. I found it shallow around the entire shoreline. I had no waders or anything the time I went. It would be a definite asset if you brought some or anything that floats.

thank you yes it does. im wondering if it would be doable pulling my pontoon boat on wheels? or if i would be better off droppin a 100$ on a float tube?
im planing a trip down that way for the first or second week in july and am trying to find some places with great scenery and great fishing .mostly because my girlfriend would like to learn to fly fish and i think those two things would help keep her motivated through the frustration of learning lol
any help or suggestions would be much appreciated weather you post it or pm me. i have never been down that way so any info is useful info to me :)

I think it is about a 20 minute walk...tube would be easier
