but the goslings cant fly yet,,and i counted like 60 or more a week ago to day i only seen 4 babys.

Ever heard of Peking Goose!! Easy to catch, really tender.
Sometimes they will just move to another body of water or a fresh source of grass.

coyotes. see a family of geese every day along a very shallow slough every day here in camrose. started out 10 goslings, couple days later, 6 goslings, next day 2 goslings, yesterday down to 1 gosling. predetation. coyotes? hawks? something!
i can only hope that they went south and winter is near. i miss ice fishing. lol

3 weeks ago F G dropped 5 thousand fish shortly there after 15 commorades showed up, and 20 pelicans ,,and don't forget the hawks,,don't think there's anything left.
