peacock bass

quick of you to get in multiple guesses using two separate threads. On this thread it looks like a coelacanth. Did you catch it by the dinosaur park in drumheller?

at least we get the answer to this thread 2 days before the other thread which is answered on friday.
that gives us time to get the right answer posted for the poll thread

BeeGuy

Hahaha you guys are hilarious.

Actually it is a peacock bass. It was introduced into an eastern watershed by a couple guys in a tan toyota van.

Just don't tell anyone in the other thread.

so why have you wasted everyone's time and energy? I don't even see peacock bass as a poll choice...

Based on it's length and girth I'd put it at 15-20lbs easy. Maybe more.

BeeGuy

ORVIS guessed 3.5/4lbs

BeeGuy

Using bobs law.

The avg of 3.5, 8, 34.7, 2.5 and 15 is 12.74.

adding 40% (5.1lbs) gives use a healthy 17.84lbs.

Looks like an asian blowfish record.

Can I enter this in the AGFA competition?
