hoping to try out a new camping spot this weekend and take a few kids out fishing. is this a good lake for a few kids to try and get the fishing bug? I hate to get them excited and then just be bored. will be taking my boat if its worth it.

The lake is a beauty but you'll need to know where to find the fish. Lots of little perch around the docks on saturday but only a couple bites out on the lake. That being said I don't know the lake from a hole in the ground so knowing some spots will help!
