Blacket lake

My neighbors fished Blacket Lake all last week and caught consistent walley and perch all week. They said that they struggled to get one over 50cm but lots that were 48-49cm. They caught 19 perch all over 10inch on the last day to bring home and 1 52inch walley. They tasted great!! Fishing was good, 2 people in the boat and 25-30 walley an hour in the morning and evening. They didnt say how they did in the afternoon.

Thanks for the report. Blackett usually produces pretty good perch numbers, although the last couple of years have been a bit less with the additional pressure. I tend to have better luck for bigger walleye in Kinnaird or Jackson.
