I have a trip planned to the North Ram this weekend but I was told that the water is still too high. We have been planning this trip for a couple of months and don't want it to be a waste of time. Is it still to early to fish that river? We are considering delaying the trip for a couple of weeks, would that be a better idea?
Another option is to go to the Nordegg area and try to find another river that would be fishable, we just aren't sure if any of them would be in decent shape to fish if the North Ram is in bad condition.
If anyone has been to the area recently and knows what the water conditions are looking like I would really appreciate the input.

Just because the water is never "ideal" maybe once in your life, so what. You'll learn something every trip. It is a beautiful piece of water, one that is unique in Canada. Give it your best shot.

Careful when wading that is a serious drop at the falls!
