Seeing that the brookie (1928) and rainbow (1966) have done so well in an non-fish lake. Given the streams etc. why not stock grayling and bull trout?

I see what you're saying, but it's an isolated system - nothing can escape into the Athabasca unless we have armageddon type floods.
I like it just the way it is.

Don't mess with a good thing...National Parks will not stock fish anymore due to there protocols. I understand and agree to some extent but yearn for the days of incredibly large rainbows once seen in the closed systems of Patricia, Edith, and Annete Lakes.
