Beleive it's a 1986 18 hp eninrude, 2 cycle.
Its 18 inch's from the clamp to the fin above the prop. So boat transom should not be more than 18 inch's.
Comes with tank and new fuel hose, might have new spark plugs as well
Runs and starts great, never had any problems or ever left my stranded. I bought a new boat and the transom is too high so this has to go. This was mostly used once a year for an annual quad in lake trip.

I don't want to be "That Guy" but Evinrude didn't make a 18 HP in '86 and that doesn't look that new. Send me the product number and I'll look up the proper year for you.

Schmag the model number and serial number will be located on the left (Handle) side on the engine mount. Below the serial number will be a capital CE and 2 digits. That will be the date of manufacture. The actual year of the motor will be one year later than the date of manufacture. If you look up parts with the year then you check on the model number and you can match it up to be 100% sure of the year of the motor. You can check it out at this site. http://www.boats.net/
If your still confused then take a picture of the serial number and model number and put it on here. I'll look it up for you.
