Where if the best place in the city or surrounding cities to pick a new one up?

After MILES of searching, the only place that was below MSRP for new was the Zodiac dealer in NE Calgary for Tohatsu units. Not a great price but better than anywhere I found. There may be some deals if you go direct to the shops and maybe later in the season but no one wants to deal at all.

I found a used 2010 20HP Merc that I was happy with but it was the only 20HP/4 stroke, short shaft I could find in 2-3 months.

Good luck.

Check kijiji. I almost bought a inflatable from a guy selling a 2010 or 2011 tohatsu 20hp 4 stroke. He was asking $2200 for the motor.

Not sure if its sold yet.

Forgot to mention, when I bought my 20 tohatsu, free spirit in edmonton was by far the cheapest place in all of alberta for that motor.

May be worth giving them a call....

I m looking at outboard motors at around the 10 hp range.

Its between the Nissan 9.8 vs Mercury 9.9. What is the better motor to go with? Any reliability issues with each producer?
