East pit lake

I went to East pit today for the 1st time. Caught nothing and others were not either except for a guy fly fishing. What works good in this lake and there some good spot to go to or can you catch them anywhere there?

How were you fishing out there today. Some days are good and some days not so good. Picked up fly fishing myself this year, was not to bad to get the hang of, and its a bit more sporting that bobber fishing for a trout, in my opinion. Anyhow, try worms, that always seems to work.

I was using a worm under bobber and a pickeral rig

try maggots or white scud,
I was there last year , guys using worms had no bites , me and my buddy were nailing them on maggots under a bobber and fly rod....

fresh water shrimp looks kind of like maggot, Paul and his dog eats them all the time...
