Did the area also have a late spring?

I was through Little Fort yesterday and I see all the creeks that run into the Thompson are running high & dirty. I'm guessing that if it never had a late spring, it's had alot of rain since spring. I havn't been in there this summer but I did hunt mulie in there last fall.
