Went to the Devon bridge tonight with my wife and son. He is 3 and he out fished us, he caught his very first fish tonight then went on to catch 3 more. So proud of him.

Awesome sureshot!!! Where about do you fish there. I live in Spruce Also and tried there a few times but it didn't seem deep where I was. What did your little guy use to catch them?

Thats awesome Andy! I took my boy down to the river today as well (he is 8) he caught his first ever goldeye and followed it up with 2 more in an hour plus lots of bites....always fun to watch the kids as they reel in a good one! :)

What sort of lures and bait are you using in Devon to catch them. I've been skunked everytime I go to the NSR.

Thanks guys, all he was using was a pikerel rig with worms, His line was probably only 10 feet out from shore and he caught 4.
