Trump won't get the Republican nod in my estimation but some of the things he has been saying, which I assume will be his platform, are refreshing. It's clear that most people are fed up and untrusting of the Washington establishment and of politicians in general. "Making the country great again" is a slogan everyone should be getting behind regardless. Eight years of Obama and the Democrats have obviously destroyed the U.S..
I'm not sure yet who I'll get behind.

This guy has filed for corporate bankruptcy something like four times now... Can anyone seriously consider him to run the country when he can't keep his businesses straight on a regular basis??? Entertaining as he may be, I think there has to be a few thousand other business leaders who would be a much more worth candidate...

Hydro1 06-16-2015 10:54 PM

Trump and his tramp running the country?
What could possibly go wrong. :bad_boys_20:

No offence but you must not be paying much attention to American and/or world politics. Obama has earned the unenviable distinction of the worst President in United States history, supplanting Jimmy Carter of that honor.

Obama and his assembled administration of socialists have been an utter failure at home and abroad with far too many "blunders/mistakes" to list.

You say you like his policies. You list three, and why? Domestic policies, economic, foreign policy? Everything is a mess rife with scandal and the world is on fire. Heck tell me one thing you believe he has been successful at.

He won his first term vowing to "fundamentally change America" and he sure as hell has. He won the second term in a close race and has continued to ruin the U.S.. I dearly hope this experiment is over (the Nov. elections were encouraging and maybe Americans are finally waking up) because the United States cannot survive another term of liberal Democrats.

I hope that Canadians have been paying attention to what's been going on in the U.S. and Europe and mark their x's very wisely this fall. You want an Obama type government here? Vote Lib or NDP.
Please research it more before casting your vote because you don't sound informed enough do so responsibly. Again no offence, but saying you like what he has done makes no sense at all.

I think the defining moment would be the one where he turns to Obama and declares, "You're FIRED!"

True but did you watch his speech? Besides being a very successful blowhard what did he say you disagree with?

No, he's gone bankrupt how many times? It's like religion, tell a lie often enough and millions will believe it.

Read this in today's Washington Post.

. His stupid comments with regard to Mexicans. I know legal immigrants from Mexico in the Tampa Bay area, and they are the hardest working and honest people one can meet. For him to say that Mexico is just sending the drags is racist as heck.

Bankruptcy???
Big deal
I know a few very successful businessmen who have gone bankrupt more than once.
Its the one's who understand big business that are still on their feet and living wealthy. It may not be ethical to you and I ..... but thats the system.

I also have worked with many hard working Mexicans.
There are many lazy ones too.
Ya he's pushing the racism almost over the line.

All in all.......he's still super successful.
I'll bet he has more accessible money than you or I

And he's a darn good entertainer.
I get a kick out of him.
He makes me laugh

Yeah, he makes us laugh. Does the US really need another president that nobody respects? Trump would be on the right the same laughingstock that Obama is on the left.
