Probably because of tariffs and penalty's

Get rid of supply management and hopefully we get a better quality product, or at least reduce the tariffs on products our dairy farmers wont produce.
Canada's butter is terrible compared to Kiwi Pure or Kerry Gold. Butter from grass fed cows is far superior.
