very interesting .. does it mean Bautista or Saunders are maybe gone for pitching .. both FA ... also where does EE fit in all this ... not sure I like the move at this point , could be disruptive , shall see .. I agree pitching looks to be the most needed ...

Yes we need a starter to replace Sanchez and 1 more bullpen arm. Grilli has been a good addition. Chavez/Grilli/Sanchez/Osuna with Cecil hopefully returning to form (don't like his attitude much these days). Biagini has been good too. We're not too far off

I think this next series is going to be the big indicator. We need the bats!

I wasn't and am still not a fan of the 6 man rotation. These guys have been basically playing ball everyday since April! So it broke up the routine, which isn't good. But regardless we still need those bats going! We need a September rally.

My greatest fear is a wild card game against Texas. We will win but they're going to play dirty!

Big game tonight. Hopefully Stroman keeps it close and the bullpen does the job they did all year up until September. They need to play solid defence and move runners over. If it's close late Pompey will pinch run and he can be a game changer. Hopefully the big bats show up tonight.

If they dont, they are done....
