I don't think "lack" of change is the problem. In the last 4 years everything has changed from the president of hockey ops, GM, coach, players. The only thing that hasn't changed in the last 4 years in the owner and Nuge. Now if you said they should make some "better" changes, then there is little argument with that.

I wish I could be as optimistic as Bessie but I think the 3 losses in California has sealed the deal that the Oilers will be seller's at the trade deadline. So there is definitely some change coming, how much change will be determined by the market. I actually think it will be a seller's market since there is so many good teams this year that could actually make a run for the cup. We are also talking about superstars possibly on the market such as Tavares, Karlsson, Nash, and Kane.

It's a conspiracy. The Oilers only win when it can hurt the Flames, and the rest of the time lose to hurt themselves and the Flames. Bettman is in on it. He was on the grassy knoll in Dallas that day too.
