The 2009 BBJ vs AlbertaBigBore Pigeon Lake Fish Off
Time and Place Date: Sunday, June 14, 2009
Time: 7:30am - 10:30am Location: Johnab's Crestliner.... Launching @ the Provincial Park of Pigeon Lake, Alberta ***This is more just between the two of them, but if you have a boat and want to watch etc etc, go for it. No food or drink is provided, No chairs no nothing, *** Both BBJ, and Alberta big bore, each claim to be a better fisherman than the other when it comes to Open water Walleye fishing. Truth is...any idiot can catch walleyes in Pigeon Lake. So....May The Best Idiot Win!!! Rules: -Each Angler must be ready at the start time, Rods in hand, ready to rock -anything in the tackle bags/boxes may be used....****except for...... a Pickerel rig or home made 2 bait rigging system.**** And hooks must be barbless -Challenge is 3 hours from time of start to finish. Winner is the angler with the most landed fish in the 3 hour period. - ****Fish that did not make it into an anglers net, or hand, but instead got off the hook somehow before being landed.... DO NOT COUNT!!*** -Johnab will be keeping track of walleyes caught by both anglers with a Golf Counter. And reffing the challenge preventing each angler from Kicking each other off the boat. -Landing net may be used, but only by angler retrieving the fish, he may not receive help from anyone else landing the fish -each angler may use any amount of rods on board boat. Pre-rigged or not. *******The Loser of the Event will have a video and picture taken of them, with a sign that they read on video, saying " My name is ( fill in blank here) and i DO fish like a girl!! " **********and it will be posted on Both Facebook and AO forums**** ***date and time of event may be changeable due to health reasons, or family issues that come up later than this posting.***Must be legit reasoning, or automatic forfeit. **** |

We will cut a deck of cards for bow position of the boat. Winner of cut can select to fish off of it for the first 1.5 hours then change or they can defer to the final 1.5 hours.
