Confused

Why would they take my thread off. No foul language, no bashing people, just stating that had a good time on the boat finally?

It was probably the first photo where you were giving the middle finger to the camera not a huge deal but there's kids on here so the mods gotta take it down.

Nothing illegal about that. I can have as much booze on board as I wish

Actually there is. I'm not going to get into the thick of this argument. But boating with booze is strictly prohibited.

Not when you have a boat that sleeps 5, has sleeping quarters, kitchen, bathroom. It is my home when I am out there. Same as a houseboat, as long as the captain is sober, completely legal. Been stopped by the RCMP while my crew all had beers as they checked us for safety equipment. Not a word mentioned

We were told a few years back by RCMP that as long as you have a toilet on board and the boat driver isn't under the influence your fine. Might have changed the law not sure. That being said when I seen your thread this morning, my first though was bad taste with the middle finger salute. Also maybe you were looking for someone to go hard on you becase of the booze on the boat is a big no no. I assumed you were still parked in your driveway at home or Somthing. Anyways have fun and be safe out there this year!!

You need sleeping quarters, toilet and permanent stove to have liquor on board.
That was my buddy with the middle finger doing a tequila salute, wasn't meant to offend anyone but me who was taking the pic. And no we were not in the driveway but on the water, at the Shuswap. We are always safe out there, and I never operate my vessel under the influence.
