Sandi has done the penance for this ram and she did the final penance as well and packed the skull and cape out as well. Her pack was pushing 70 pounds on the scale here today. Tough gal...

WOW!! What an awesome effort you put in! Truley a great feat from someone not that great in stature. You have my complete respect and I congratulate you on your accomplishment.

Hi all this is Sandi on Rich's account.
First a big congrats to all the lucky sheep hunters and good luck to all those still in the field. I had my ram plugged today and the CO said it was the 3rd ram so far he had done.
Thank you for all the well wishes. This hunt was very emotional for me and I'll warn you now there are a few tears. Rich and I have climbed the mountains together for years in search of a ram. This year I won!

Frans 08-27-2012 06:58 PM

Well done, Sandi. The hard-earned ones are the best!

huntin 08-27-2012 07:00 PM

Great looking ram! why do you always have to look so serious haha

cheers

Matt

OUTFITTER 08-27-2012 10:50 PM

In regards to the Grizz it turns out that on a full moon the moons gravatationl pull can pull your bullet high and cause a complete miss as there is no other way for a outfitter to miss a 180 yard chip shot. I will be watching the lunar charts better next time. Matt the horns were so heavy I was getting tierd holding them you know the fealing thats why no smile it was on the inside.

Rackmastr 08-27-2012 10:54 PM

9.5 or 10.5 year old ram?

Again great lookin ram man!

Great ram but I don't see any grey hairs on him any where does he at least have a black tipped tail.
