That’s cool. Probably work great on trout. Pike I’m not sure

Trout are a breeze to fillet and then remove the front row of pins with small pliers in a few seconds .............. my guess it this would make the fish into mashed potatoes on the inside as the flesh is pretty delicate.

I'd say they are the easiest fish to clean, with the most delicate flesh - but maybe this works - quite curious to see how it turns out.

I will keep my fillet knife sharp.

Even if you bake or BBQ them, the bones come out after the meat is cooked perfectly and easily (as long as you don't over do it.)

Yea I think probably 99 percent of people who fish know those points you made.
