$400,000 to kill 1200 Canmore Bunnies
That's what it's cost so far in 6 years. And there's still 1000 bunnies left. :126fs2277341:

Lots of ammo they are bad shots?

I haven't actually heard how they are culling, live trapping and neutering perhaps? Nut roast anyone?
Seriously though, give me an weihrauch hw30s with 4x32 on it and a sleeve or two of jsb exacts and i'll do those last 1000 bunnies inside 2 years (gotta milk it out a bit ;) ) and i'll do it for $200,000 k no problem. Gotta keep in mind they are breeding so there's that lol oh and i'll need another freezer...yum and who's paying that bill too? taxpayers must be thrilled:thinking-006: i'd be eating organic if i lived there, traps set full time |
One of their problems is, they got sucked into a spay and neuter program, that was a joke and just made the problem worse. Being a community of Bunny Huggers, they just keep putting off the only real solution. Had the opportunity to button hole Jay Honeyman about this a while back. Laughing, I don't want to talk about that.

F&W should just relocate 6 lynx into Canmore. They would make short work of 1000 long ears.
Or Canmore's soup kitchen should hire a rabbit snarer. |
LOL, That's $333 a hopper.

$400,000
Just another example of our hard earned tax dollars at work! 400K would do a lot of good to some of the homeless people in our communities.

Sounds like I ought to send the town a bill for the ones I removed from my dad's back yard.

$400K of tax dollars, and still counting, to deal with some bunnies? That is awesome. :sHa_sarcasticlol:
