So far, it's looking like one of the best Western Series I've seen in a long time.

Tonight I watch episode 3.

Lots of improvements on Netflix lately (for Canadian subscribers), but this is the first New "Oater" there that I would recommend.

Before the series began, 'Godless' was Well advertised by Netflix and several others. For some of us here, it's almost old news.
Maybe you've been spending too much time on the AOF. ;)

Old news to some new to me...I have always been a little behind the eight ball:)

Scott h 11-26-2017 07:34 PM

Onto the 4th episode. One of the better series I've seen in awhile.

Started watching the punisher 2017 release.

Prairiewolf 11-27-2017 06:33 AM

If you don't want to commit to a series yet, I suggest the movie "Bone Tomahawk". Cool noir western.

Bassett 11-27-2017 07:23 AM

After I'm finished 'Ozark' I will be starting this.

lilsundance 11-27-2017 07:29 AM

Finished Godless Friday night. Good Series.

A western movie + space invaders = Cowboys & Aliens ^ :rolleye2:

This is what happens when they start to run out of ideas.

I got about halfway through it, and had to turn it off.

I binged watched Godless while the family was out. It's pretty good

CMichaud 11-27-2017 12:50 PM

I watched the last episode at my buddy's place. Thought it was meh. Suspension of belief was high

SlightlyDistracting 11-27-2017 12:53 PM

Pillars of the Earth is one of the best miniseries I have ever watched. Highly recommended

ReconWilly 11-27-2017 01:02 PM

I'll skip the subversive feminist propaganda.

Sick of these affirmative action media pieces.

NEXT.

amosfella 11-27-2017 02:08 PM

I've just finished episode 5 now, and I still haven't found any of your; "subversive feminist propaganda".

I'd comment further, but I just can't be bothered. :rolleye2:

I'm glad you enjoy the show!

There is no point in pointing out the obvious when all you will do is be triggered into reacting with another emotional smiley face...

Have a good day.

Feminism is cancer.

I’m a little disappointed in Walt. He had the makings of pretty busy trapline with some prime pelts.

Godless seems to be not so bad and I to will await further recommendations.

Yes he did. He seems almost thick sometimes :sign0161:

Red Bullets 11-28-2017 10:56 PM

RedFrog asked about other series suggestions...
I'm not really into series. I only saw an episode or two of an older (2005) 12 hour mini series that might be worth watching the whole thing.

"Into the West"

amosfella 11-28-2017 11:16 PM

I'm looking forward to season 2 of westworld.

Ah it's not so bad there is only one 'masculine' woman in it. For the most part there is more interesting stuff going on besides her lesbian escapades. Or the show would be a bust. They are creeping or 'normalizing' that stuff in though. Speaking of which I thing our Leader is trying to normalize man crying. It happened again today.
