Lost fly box- Livingstone km 53 sept 16 2020- reward!

Howdy, I lost a grey 4” x 6” fly box with clear lid and green fly bedding, with the name Cody on the back just below km 53 on the Livingstone on the evening of sept 16. It was a wedding gift, will happily give away the flies for the safe return of the box and/or pay cash or beer and I will drive to you to get it. Thanks!

Wow! That stretch must have some bad mojo... That's 2 lost fly boxes in that section of the Liv this season...

At least I’m pretty sure I lost it during a scramble with a nice one. No more rock colored boxes for this guy.

Be sure to write your name and number on the box, at least an honest person will return it to you (or better odds that they will).

Found Fly Box

Believe I found your Fly Box and have been trying to send PM but does not look like it is going thru. Please send me a note and can try and arrange a way to return the Fly Box. Cheers Ryan

I sent him one through my account Evers. Looks like it went through. Amazing you found it and found this thread too!

Never would have thought someone on here would have it. I know there are a bunch of good guys on here. Apparently Jigs is on that list as well. Well done.

Good deal R Evers

Good for R-Evers who went to the trouble of signing up to the forum just to get a guys flybox back to him.
Welcome to the forum R Evers.

Hey R Evers, Good on you. I too lost a fly box back in the summer at about the same place on the Liv. I have a post here on the site as well about it... Mine too was about 4x5 grey fly box but didn't have any clear tops on it. It has a panel on the inside. If the fly box you found doesn't match with Jigs, let me know and I can describe the contents. I tied all my own flies and they were "led free," (costly loss). When I lost the box, it had a sticker on the outside of the box that said, "led free" for the park wardens in Banff. Let me know either way, and thanks again for taking the high road

Duh, I guess I should have read the replies a little closer.
I too have lost a fly box and never would have though it could be found on here.
Welcome R-evers was where I meant to go with that drivel.
