camping in kananaskis
 
looking for a secluded campsite, with hiking trails and fishing nearby. Don`t need power hookups, would like toilets for my gf. Suggestions

I think the only camp spot is Green ford, south end on the Highwood.

Great flyfishing on the trib just east of the camp site( easy walk from camp site), go way up stream past what the day guys will go, small fish but fun and walkable.

I haven't heard of anything in K country being secluded for the last 20 years.

Seriously though. Your not going to find secluded there. You'll have to find it somewhere farther out than that. But when you do find it you won't have toilets. Secluded and toilets don't go hand in hand either. Sorry.

ya well what i ment was less crowded then camping in jasper, threw to much money away at that tourist trap

Interlakes. Not quiet but definately not Jasper. Plus, right in between the lakes. Great access to the trails and toilets for the ladies.
