Twin Lakes near Rocky

We were thinking since our southern places are closed or bad ice maybe a quick trip north and west may be our best bet for an ice season wrap up weekend to Twin Lakes or area. Anyone know the ice conditions up that way? Would rather not drive up for nothing if the edges are blown out at $154.9l for gas.

Thanks

Brother, at $1.549 a litre for gas, we will look back this summer and ENVY those numbers.

Of course the majority is nothing but TAX from all levels of Government, and really, Government cares less what we pay, as long as we pay MORE TAX!!!

But as for Twin Lakes near Rocky, sorry, I can't help.

I don't know from personally going there or if anyone on here has, but, 24 inches is pretty much what you find at Sylvan right now and frozen right to shore. It has been pretty cold for a week now. I'm 99.9% sure you are good.

The only thing, decent snow in the past week so you might be breaking trail again and it is likely to be sloppy.

just got back from sylvan and min. 20" ice. Limited out on the lake whitefish. They were biting pretty good.
