Fishing spots around Edmonton - map?

I'm pretty sure there was a map of fishing spots around Edmonton floating around the board. I put in a request for a link to the map that jts has going, but I don't think it's the same map, since the one I'm thinking of I've seen posted a couple times. Tried searching but no dice. If it is the same map I'm thinking of, then I'm sure I'll get the link soon enough :)

So if anybody knows of this map, a link would be great, otherwise some suggestions of places I should check out would be great too.

Weather permitting I'd like to maybe get out tomorrow morning for a couple hours. Since I'm not able to get out a lot ideas of places to go try would be great. -JR- suggested I try where the Whitemud Creek dumps into the NSR...might go there.

If there are any decent spots around the south/southeast end of town that would be nice and convenient for me when I'm short on time as well.

Thanks guys

Thanks jts, you're a good man!

Odd thing is I know I've seen this map (or one very similar) posted here before and I've checked it out...just couldn't find it today. But now I've got it saved so I'm good to go :)

Thanks again!

I didn't get it, unless I jumped the gun and you haven't sent it yet?

Hey Geezle!

I digged this link up, I was just looking at it today as I was seeing if i had time to fish this weekend =D.

If that map doesn't show you the fishing spot, I'll dig up the link to the post.

Cheers!

Aha! That's the map I was thinking of. I knew I wasn't just making it up!

The one jts sent me has the same info, but then branches out into the surrounding areas as well. If you don't have this map, I know he just bumped up his thread about it...post in there and he'll send you a link to the bigger map...lots of good info there!

And jts...now you've got me curious about that other email you mentioned with more info!
