hunterbyheart 11-23-2007 03:39 PM

hunt_and_fish 11-23-2007 03:46 PM

What temperature do you try to keep it at? Or do you just go by instinct?

I tried some ribs that way last year (low heat for about 4 or 5 hours on BBQ with wood chips below) and apparently I did something wrong because they weren't what I was hoping for. Maybe I kept the heat too high.

TheClash 11-23-2007 03:48 PM

between 160-180 for the full 5 hours...then wrap in tinfoil and finish for 30 mins either in the oven or on the bbq at 350....then let it sit for 20 mins to rest.

hunt_and_fish 11-23-2007 03:51 PM

Right on man, thanks. I will give it a try sometime.

Enjoy your supper.

TheClash 11-23-2007 03:52 PM

700TI 11-23-2007 03:59 PM

When you open the reply page, there is a mountain scene icon at the top. Click on it and put your url in the blankhttp://i225.photobucket.com/albums/d...3/DSCF1808.jpghttp://i225.photobucket.com/albums/d...3/DSCF1807.jpg
