For Sale New 2023 Honda 5 HP
 

This 5hp, 4 stroke short leg with 3 hours on it (including break in) was bought new in mid August 2023 for my 12 foot Fast Cat inflatable pontoon boat. I broke the motor in as per the instruction manual and found out it pushes my pontoon boat way to fast for trolling.
Honda Marine told me because there is so little of my pontoon boat actually touching the water there is very little resistance and that is the reason it trolls so fast.
I paid $1,949.00 for it and will consider all reasonable offers. Unfortunately, it is of no use to me and I will have to stick to an electric motor but may consider a partial trade for a larger electric motor.
