skull id??

Skull id. found a skull on the banks of the river today im fairly sure it may be a a feral pig. Any thoughts. http://i1068.photobucket.com/albums/...511_174702.jpghttp://i1068.photobucket.com/albums/...511_174659.jpghttp://i1068.photobucket.com/albums/...511_174654.jpg.
No hide or other remains to get a good id.
Could a farmed pig just be out wandering??

I couldn't say for sure FG but I would bet on pig.

It's certainly a pig. Feral vs. domestic is simply a matter of where it lives.

I've never seen a wild hog skull but I've seen plenty of domestic hog skulls.

I can't tell you if it's a wild hog or not but it is a hog skull. Many domestic hogs have a much shorter skull but some do have longer skull such as you found so it is possible it is a domestic or feral hog but my guess would be Eurasian Wild Boar or some sort of cross between a Eurasian Wild Hog and a domestic breed.
