Double Shrimp Pattern Flies

Does anyone know where one could get double shrimp pattern flies? I have used them before and can no longer find them in stores anywhere. It would even be nice if there were some instructions on how to tie them yourself. They work awesome for trout in any lake.

I have got mine from Online sport and tackle in Jasper.
