Been lots of talk lately about Cold Lake on the news. Some are saying it could be expanding and building more housing. I know they are starting to upgrade the airbase and build hangers for the new jets coming in. F18's too old and outdated? Work on the highway leading into Cold Lake. There must be something big gonna happen :thinking-006:

Between the upgrade at 4 Wing and a carbon capture facility being built it sounds like a mini boom.

“We anticipate 25,000 to 35,000 people required for the construction phase, which will occur over several years and then several thousand permanent operation jobs at the end.”
