way to sharpen your auger blades
 

Just wondering how everyone sharpens there auger blades? I thought I could get away without shaping the blades this year but now it need to get done! After trying for 30 mins with my hand 8 inch auger I have had enough and need some help with what to do. what do you guys do?

I have a Jiffy 10 inch with the chipper blades. Sharpened them last year so this is into year 2 and still cutting well. Used a electric wheel stone / sander. I'd probably not do as good by hand.

If in Edmonton take them to R&R Sharpening. Or better yet buy new ones and keep old ones for a spare(get them sharpened if necessary).
