I wish AK47 didnt live in the south..lol

klow 05-31-2010 08:40 PM

I'm looking for somebody to fish with too.

I live in Penbrook and like to fish to the east for walleye and pike. I have a 12ft boat with a few goodies for it. I might go fishing this weekend if the weather is nice. Let me know if you think that you might be interested.

I love this thread! Such a great idea! I was thinking of making a similar thread myself since I have odd days off and work shift work.

What's the matter with the old peeps ???

I know I know you don't have to tell me -
your getting tried of being out fished ....

jts1 06-12-2010 10:45 PM

Funny stuff man. Are you in for tomorrow?

baitfisher83 06-14-2010 10:07 PM

Headed out to Chestermere tomorrow if anyone's up for it.....I'll be fishing under the bridge or off the docks on the east side

Braun 06-14-2010 10:19 PM

apparently it is going to rain all day tomorrow... i was hoping to run down to carburn for some confidence boosting pike, a shot at some perch, and possibly try a new (new to me) rigging system for rockies on the bow by carburn

hopefully the rain holds out till the evening.

baitfisher83 06-14-2010 10:23 PM

oh brave the rain, you won't melt!!lol

Braun 06-14-2010 10:27 PM

i will i just hate light rain. i dono why i have a thing with water on my face. and if its a light rain it feels like someone is spraying a water in my face. its all good though. ill be wearing my cowboy hat. :) any excuse to wear it and not get made fun of i am in. ha.

i wont melt... but its a good thing my girlfriend is not comming with me tomorrow....... she might:angry3: haha just kidding

Calgaryguy1977 06-15-2010 09:07 AM

What can you catch in Chestermere lake? Is there any trout in there?

baitfisher83 06-15-2010 09:15 AM

Chestermere is mainly pike....i've heard of trout being caught at the south end by the canal but never seen one...and perch are supposedly in there but again never seen them.......was thinking of going to carburn but I dont think the bus gets all that close to it
