Rapala Nitro 43cc auger parts
Dicked over the auger at gull today. froze into the ice and broke the Damn blade right to the shaft. Ultra chapped. Tripped walking it with it and broke the air filter assembly. Double chapped. Can't find any parts online. Anyone have any ideas here?

From what I can find it is a rebranded Eskimo Viper auger.

Thanks allot. Pretty rattled about that

How long have you had it?
Call Normark and ask them, they should be able to help you out. Good luck |

Right? Double dicked er. I've had it for a year and two months
|
You can use eskimo blades. My first outing with mine I ran it into some gravel:sign0161:. Picked up eskimo replacemment blades and cuts like new
|
It's not the blades though it's part of the auger broken up to the shaft

Brothers two small engines inc in Calgary will have parts or will be able to order them. I have the same auger and just got a new pull cord piece for mine. They were really helpful and changed it while I stood there so I could get back out fishing.
|
That's awesome thanks allot. Hopefully it's not too pricey
|
Oh wow, you really pulled a number on that one. Unless they take pity and let you warranty it you will have to buy a new auger shaft.
They should have parts for the air filter cover. The eskimo branded parts are available here http://www.geteskimo.com/Foundations...sp?category=62 8" auger shaft appears to be $150 US plus shipping. Better to give them a call first before ordering parts locally. |
