Where and how much does it cost, and would I get it done in time for this hunting season.Thanks

shooters edge has a course for 250 for the restricted pal

there is no such thing as an fac anymorew its called a pal or rpal

You can take your PAL at the Alberta hunters education instructors association (A.H.E.I.A.) here in Calgary. The cost is a donation.
