First Fish on The Fly

Caught this guy at the Morinville Trout Pond in the early fall, just getting around to posting a pic. Just started fly fishing this year thanks to my wifes cousin and I don't think I am every going back!! :medium-smiley-035: First time out, and first fish on a fly. The worst part is the fly I was using was one that my 6 year old daughter tied at Cabelas during one of their free demo's. Now to try and duplicate it. :sign0161:

Nice that is where I learned to fly-fish, also spent alot of time at Cardiff.
Get yourself a used belly boat for those lakes then you will catch even more.

The addiction has for sure started!!! The way you feel a fish on a fly rod was so much more fun than any other form. Can't wait for the water to open up again!! :(
