Form WA 19a Authorization to hunt fur-bearing animals
Was wondering if someone knows where I can print a copy of the WA 19a form Authorization to hunt fur-bearing animals on private property? I have looked through SRD's website and tried Google with no results. Any help would be great. Thanks

Permission form
I asked fish and wildlife that same question in November as I was getting to snare some coyotes on a friends property. The answer I got from them is that you can use your own WRITTEN agreement between the land owner and your self stating specifics like Names with signatures, phone numbers, times and dates you will be on property.
If your ever stopped coming or going the times and dates clear stuff up. Hope that helps. Tullfan |
Thanks tullfan, maybe they should be more clear in the regs that that would be acceptable! Appreciate the info. Happy trapping.

I know theres ranchers lease trapping forms to print off the SRD website, I have a bunch of Wa 19 forms maybe I could mail you some ?????

Coy, if you have a scanner you could scan one and email it to him. I have a copy of it on an old computer but don't know how to get it to an active computer.

email it around if anyone needs it

I received your email Coy but there was no attachment.

This years forms require 2 landowner signatures, the second one is for the use of snares.

Trapping form
This might be a dumb question but does this allow a person to trap/snare on private land without having a trappers liscence?
|
No, you still need a trappers license. And written permission is one of the requirements to trap.

Figured since Coy sent me the form I would upload it for others incase someone else is searching for it. Again thanks Coy for the form. It is a image file so just right click and save to computer. Then open and print. I will upload a pdf version as soon as I get a chance to convert. Happy Trapping!!

I'm going to say you have to have them signed every year (I do), as there is a space for your trapper's licence # on the form. |

My licence number is the same every year Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

I guess I'm just wondering if there is any reason the landowner can't date it for 2 or 5 years out. I'm not suggesting I won't talk to them every year, just be nice to skip the paperwork every season. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Form WA 19 a
My forms from land owners , as far as dates , start date added , closing date open & both signatures , second one covers the snaring portion. The only thing that changes is the licence # . Have been checked by Fish & Wildlife & had no problems . Check for your licence , appropriate form & all is good . You can still have them put their signature on it if you like . Keeping in touch with land owners for any updates or concerns on any pest problems or if they decide to have trapping cease .
