Lost gear canoeing the bow. :-(
So, took my wife and mother in law canoeing down the bow today.
Great weather. Great time….. until. We hooked up on a rock and nearly capsized. Lost a paddle and a bag. The paddle is no big deal, but the bag… that's another story. We were in the fish creek park area. It's a large, square Bass Pro bag. Lots of goodies inside. If you find it and feel like returning it, by all means send me a pm and I would be eternally grateful to you. If you find it and feel like keeping it, I can't blame you. Enjoy the little waterproof camera but for the love of god don't look at the images… my wife would be very embarrassed! Thanks, all. |
I will probably be in that area tomorrow.
I'll let you know if I find it. And I promise not to peek lol |
Luxor, thanks very much for the offer, but I just got a phone call from a fellow who was working along the banks and he found all of my gear!!!!
Thanks, all. |

Good to hear! |
Must be a new AO record. Less than one hr and found. Glad you got the bag back.

What did the fellow have to say about the pictures? :D
|
To make it fair to all the people that went out and look for the lost bag, you should at list post the pictures. lol
There is still some honest people in this world. |
Wonder if this would have been posted if the mother in law fell in and was lost:thinking-006:

I'm kidding. But another lesson on taking pictures and where they can end up. I've had to deal with such issues (not mine) at work. Personally I prefer to just trust my memory |
