Bow River - Calgary - June 23/24th?

Hi everyone,
I will be heading to Calgary next weekend and might be able to get a few hours of fishing in, on either the 23rd or 24th. I am hoping that I might be able to gather a bit of info about where I should spend the time, seeing as time is very limited. I will be on foot (no boat), so either shore casting or some wading.
Understanding that I am not asking for anyone's secret spots, I am just wondering if I could find out general areas, like Fish Creek Park or Policeman's Flats?
Thanks in advance to anyone that might be willing to help me out!
Jason

I haven’t explored heaps of places on the bow but from my experience and from what everyone has told me. The further downstream you go the better it is but obviously if time is short than closer the better so up to you how fee you go. Those you mentioned are great though.

Typically any place there is a bridge or similar structure you have foot access. In town there are tons of access points google maps is your friend on this.

With limited time, in and around fish creek park is as good as any there is no point wasting too much of your 3-4 hours of fishing time driving.

I would say to park at any point along the river and hike a bit. You'll see the fishy water easy enough. The Bonnybrook and Calf Robe bridges are easy enough to find and you can park there. In Fish Creek you can park at Bankside or the 22x bridge and wander up or down stream from there quite easily. If I'm doing a full day on the river I'll usually start from those spots and work my way along the banks.

Thanks everyone for the input!
Someone had offered to take me out on the river for a few hours on Saturday. Super stoked for the opportunity and the generosity!
