The Firearm Registry Centre has frozen all transfers of CZ 858's pending reclassification to Prohibited status...........thanx to BC gangbangers.....Harold

Not true.
There is an issue with the receivers on a new series of VZ-58 variants brought in by Marstar.
These new VZ-58s have a different FRT number than any of the previously imported VZ-58s.
All other VZ-58s and CZ-858s are just fine.

Not according to canadiangunnutz.com You could always check with the Registration Centre just what I read on that forum yesterday........Harold **there is a letter from John at Marstar

Lets hope its just a rumor.... :scared: I just got a case of that Czech surplus ammo and was planning on getting a CZ to feed it through at the Easter Show or just afterwards. I was even thinking of grabbing a 2nd case while the stuffs still available, especially at such a good price.

Exactly, Marstar has an issue with their different manufactured VZ-58s.
All other VZ-58s and CZ-858s are just fine
