I like this design, but the one that AO Ken makes is superb!
We even use them on pheasants!

I have a Bird Hitch. They are good for sure. This one is supposed to be faster and easier on the back.. Dunno. Will soon find out.

Jeez thanks guys. I was going to buy a bird hitch this fall and now you all complicated my decision. Both are great ideas and now I don't know which one to buy!

Get Ken to build you one out of steel, they work better than the lighter weight ones.:)

Ken07AOVette - he is a member here .
Just a note, none of the bird breasters that I have used handle the Greater Canadas well, they are faster to do with a sharp knife

These work amazing on snow geese. Never tried them on canadas. Can breast 40-50 snows in notime. I used one when we hunted with lucky lake outfitters in the spring time.
