Here is the information for the South Country Trappers Fall Banquet. As many of you already know, this is a fun event, and we even have a real band this year!! We are also looking for live and silent auction items; this is our only fundraiser for the year, so please donate and/or come to the event and bid! :)

The SCTA understands that donor fatigue does set in, with many other non-profits seeking items for their annual fundraisers. This is especially true for large ticket items. To encourage the donation of quality, high value items ($400.00 value and up), the SCTA is offering a split of the sale proceeds, up to a maximum of 50%. Anything you or your company wishes to donate will be greatly appreciated, and the SCTA will work with you on any amount that you wish to receive back on the sale of the donation.

Update...
 

The SCTA will be donating a percentage of proceeds raised (to be determined at the AGM just before the banquet) to fire relief for those affected by the Waterton fire. Many of our supporters and some members are from that area, and deserve our support now.

Lots of tickets left, and many donations needed!!!! Come for a fun evening with good food, drink, music and the best auctioneers ever! This is an event worth your time and money!! :)
