Most best piece of gear is my Bog Pod (three legs). Allows me to have a steady shot at game far away rather than an offhand hail mary.

My Bog-pods with the rifle rest accessory. Wouldn't be without it.

May not qualify as gear, but a game cart is sent by god lol

Reviving this old thread..hunting season is almost over what's a new piece of gear you used/ bought this year? Any gear fail your expectations? Any gear exceed your expectations?

Rocky Mountain elk diaghram calls and a Smith Game Call grunt tube. Huge learning curve in using both. The diaghrams made me gag at first. The grunt tube made my calls sound like a cut cat. The reward was getting critters to at least stop to my calls or even better was bringing a bull into bow range. I kept my hands out of elk guts this year but I am very stoked to get after it again next year!

Same here. Why I waited this long to get a proper bino hares is beyond me. I got a marsupial gear gen 2. as well as their rangefinder pocket.

awesome addition.
