Photobucket issues...
 

So I just saw that my signature photo has been replaced by a huge Photobucket warning about no more third party hosting. Not sure why my avatar is still showing, but I logged in and found out that to get third party hosting plus a bunch of other crap I don't want, I have to pay them $400 US!

Has this happened with anyone else? My apologies if someone brought this up before but I couldn't find a thread on it. Guess I will find another photo uploading option. Good thing my guns sold! :)

Are you two using more than 2Gb of space? I don't have the issue but I'm only using .4/2Gb

I had even less than you! I checked into it and a lot of folks are PO'd and closing their accounts. I don't get why my avatar photo still shows so I left it in there for now but deleted everything else. Gotta be something else.

imgur is free and better

Do they allow third party hosting?

Ended my Photobucket account last year. Got tired of the pop ups and nagging.

I was done around the same time. They are pulling crap like charging people a dollar if they do not want to see adds, lagging site etc. Hope they go under

Now let me get this straight PB has been adding in pop ups and throttling the site to the point of being useless, in order to encourage me to pay for a crap service?

I'd call that an epic failure on their part, all they've done is upset people and encourage them to move elsewhere.

Photobucket is dead to me moved over to IMGUR much better

I use Tapatalk but the forum needs to be signed up...AO is, so easy here.
