Rolling Hills res launch closed?

Why do they close the campground and launch at rolling hills re this early. Is there more then one launch here?

Its EID run, they close it the same time every year. I have no idea why they close it so early but maybe cause a lot of their staff goes back to school? There is no other launch on the lake but Newell is open year round at the park.

I heard it is all about the bts from the campground host.
