Battle River Fishing and Canoeing
 

Does anybody know if there's good fishing in this river and good canoeing routes west of forestburg? Pictures would be appreciated since I don't know how wide and deep this river is.

The river is slowing down,it's dropped about 2 inches in the last week.There is still more than enough water for a great canoe ride.Fishing is poor to fair at the best of times,there are a few pike biting.Try a silver blue Rapala.
