Q: What would make a load unapproved for Canada?

A: Every single load has to be individually approved in Canada. ie, not just the manufacturer. That is why when a new 'caliber' comes out, there is a delay getting it into Canada while the USA has it for months. So, unless someone takes it upon themselves to apply for it, it cannot come into Canada commercially.

Q: Do you use Canpar or UPS?

A: Normally Canpar or Purolator. whichever is cheaper to that address or by customer request.
