I've drove by these lakes several times as well as often wondered if there's fish. Any tips on what part of gap lake I could fish in? I don't have a boat currently so I'm looking for a good shore spot. Let me know!!
Cheers!

Gap lake is not friendly to shore fisherman. Fish are all over the lake but much effort is needed to catch one and the shoreline habitat is difficult to hike. Just remember no bait allowed in Gap.

maybe 10 years ago---that barry mitchell mag still has that listed after all these years-- he needs to update his lakes as every year its the same listing and info.. if you want a decent chance to catch anything there you need to be there early morn or late evening. did catch one last year 2lb brown- after 8 hrs of fishing. lots of better spots around- try the bow itself
